Started July 18, 2019, hit my goal Sept 1, 2019. No fasting involved, treated protein as a daily goal, 5% carbs as a limit and fat as fuel. I'm now ~10 lbs below my goal weight, eating 3000 calories /day +/- 10% trying to get back up to my goal weight. Burning calories is a must for muscle tone and eliminating stored fat!
