Down 1in. all over on day 3.....
I don't use a scale , I measure and I'm down 1in at chest, waist and hip on day 3...so I'm thrilled. Getting over kflu better this time . This is my third attempt.…

I did Atkins about 4 years ago and lost weight but never got over the " kflu". Then tried keto. Twice! Kflu got me again. Well this time I know what to do. I must have a minimum of 50 grams of carbs.…

Re: Howdy y’all from Kerrville Texas- I’m 59 and one week into the new life style- lost 4 pounds the first week Hay LIZ. I lived in Junction and Ingram! I miss it!!!! I just joined too although I have done keto and Atkins before. I'm 63 and hubby is tall and skinny of course. How did you do this week?
