Re: Having a problem getting all my carbs in for the day I am watching my total carbs and trying hard to eat as few as possible. Never to pass 20 at the very most. That is total not net.

I am a survivor of cancer twice. Out now 8 yrs since last chemo. My bones took a big hit so I have hip replacements and have had spinal stenosis surgery on my neck since.
Not to complain, as I am getting my strength back. We haven’t traveled much yet so I am looking forward to do so. I am a huge dog lover. My baby is a mini golden doodle.
We have 3 married children and 6 grands ranging in age from 21 to 2. We are truly blessed. Please friend me as I love people to care about.
