When you choose, "lose 2 pounds per week," calories tend to be very low in this app. I calculate my calories half-way between 1-1/2 to 2 pound, the lowest I feel satiated with.

Go to the menu, all the way down to "Settings," to the "Macros" tab and all the way down to "Smart Macros" you can turn it off if you want. Macros go down when you log-in weight loss.
