Is there a food suggestion section - towards the end of the day I need to rebalance my macros but don’t know what to choose for best results
So my daily goal is C- 6% F- 69% P- 25% and today I managed to get 7-67-26 which is pretty good. What I need is someplace to plug in my goal and where I am in the day and get suggestions of foods… -
