I'm 5'5" and weigh 165.0 lbs. I lost 43 lbs. in 2020 by doing Keto and Intermittent Fasting (IF). I also lowered my A1C to 5.0 from 8.5 in 10 days over a year ago by doing Keto and Intermittent Fasting. I simply cut sugar out of my life including bread, potatoes, pasta, rice, etc. anything that turned into sugar in my body. I did not exercise except for my regular steps of less than 3000 steps most days. I do believe in Walking (30 to 60 minutes) and HIIT Training (for seconds) but not in cardo for hours on end or anything that is Anaerobic.
