Favorite Lower Carb Dessert is the Aldi’s Mini Chocolate Eclairs
Because one serving = 22 carbs but you can have 5 mini eclairs per serving and I find that I’m happy having just 2 which is 8.5 carbs and I really feel satisfied with a real dessert.

Women keep to around 1500 and walk 20-30 min and men keep around 1700 calories and walk 20-30 min, you should still be losing weight but it may be a bit slower, say a pound or two a week

veggies simmered in bacon grease topped with Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Seasoning Seafood Blend (there other blends too that I gaven’t tried yet but plan too) with a bit of salt makes veggies delicious.

Type 2 as well. Was only on low carb for a month (35-60 net carbs) and my A1C dropped to 5.8. No more meds. This can be done but it’s a lifestyle change to keep sugar in check.
