  • Re: App user for 8 months… only just found these forums I too tried the meal planner and found precisely the same. So I just locate recipes, favorite them, and then once I make them and if I feel it's a keeper, I copy that recipe.

  • Re: Question about carbs and calories You will still lose weight as long as you are sticking to 1800 calories a day. If you increase your carbs you will have to reduce protein or fat to stay at 1800

  • Re: High Protein Low Carb? A familiar problem with endurance. I don't get enough protein, so I don't have enough energy. But I feel a lot worse when I use sugar. So I try to adjust my diet to get the right amount of protein.
