It sounds like your electrolytes are off. You should be getting sodium, magnesium and potassium by food or supplements.

I believe if you purchase the premium part of this app it gives you a meal plan. I use only the free portion to track my food and macros. I used YouTube or Pinterest to find my meal ideas

You maybe be fatigued due to your electrolytes are not correct. You may need to increase your sodium and magnesium in your diet.
