Started Keto in Feb 2, 2018. Needing to rid of 20-25lbs. Liking Keto, carbs were not my friend. The flour in bread, I was very allergic to it. My tummy had a lot of digestive issues, when I would eat very small amounts of any kind of flour.
Finding being off any sugar & white/wheat was a very wise choice. Feel so much better. Keto is my program for future eating.
