Re: Hi there, I am a home baker( full time job), and I find it very difficult not to taste my goodies sometimes as I bake lots if sweet things. The longer your off carbs the easier it will be. It took me 28 days to change a old habit. I know longer want auger. I hope the best for you.

Re: New Have you tried watching Butter Bob on YouTube? Look at all his videos and I learned a lost about ketones. He’s lost over 100 lbs. in the end. He is wonderful. Take care and have fun learning.

Re: need ideas for fat and protein and no carbs There’s 1 carb in a avocado with 10 carbs of fat with a little protein. I like it with salt and without. I put one in my salad once a day. Then by itself once in a while.

I’m a female at 56 year’s old. Happily married with two daughters one ours she is 26 year’s old. My stepdaughter is 35 year’s old.
I’m also 130 pounds over my goal weight. Having trouble with the app but am learning more each day. Learning a lot on the keto plan through here and YouTube.
