@lanememory4c02 sounds like you had too much protein. Try cutting back on how much protein your eating. Maybe 2 eggs2 strips of bacon. Add some avocado to the eggs.

@lanememory4c02 try not to use creamer. Way too many carbs lol. I use either unsweetened vanilla almond milk or heavy cream.

@lanememory4c02 make sure you are getting enough fat intake. It should be 5% carbs 25% protein and 70% fat. If your protein level is more than you’re fat you’re definitely going to plateau.…
