@Bevoges85 it’s okay to have your carbs higher. Ketosis is pretty much guaranteed at 30g or less for about everybody. Protein is important and should be a goal.…

If your chicken has carbs then it’s breaded. Go for plain unprocessed meats and seafood as much as possible. Good sources of protein are meat, seafood, eggs, Greek yogurt, nuts, nut butters, seeds.
