Re: Starting Week 2- Still not in ketosis I had to count total carbs instead of net. When I made this change I saw my blood sugars go down and ketosis. I try to stick with total 20 carbs a day.

Re: Starting Week 2- Still not in ketosis Are you counting total carbs versus net carbs? That can make a difference sometimes. Count total carbs and keep them at 20 total or less and that should get you in ketosis Keep your meal plan simple…

Re: Vitamin / supplement recommendations Hi I take a liquid multi vitamin, liquid vitamin D, liquid zinc and Dr Bergs electrolytes (orange) for potassium. You can find a lot of liquid vitamins on amazon. I hope this helps.
