@Sally Darko I do bullet proof coffee as well. 8oz brewed coffee, 1 Tbs. MCT oil, a scoop of collagen peptides and stevia blended.

Congrats on your weight loss! I find that when I incorporate either coconut oil or MCT oil in to my diet, the scale starts moving again.
