I am a mother of two girls and have struggled with my weight after my first pregnacy. It only got worse as I struggled in a loveless marriage. I was depressed and miserable and thought that loosing weight would help me feel better about myself. I joined Dr. Berinstien and was loosing weight and neared my goal when my marriage finally fell apart. I spiraled and gained all my weight back and more. Ive tried keto off and on, and I know it works but I was never commited. Now with a new man in my life and amid the stress of Covid I am trying again. Not just to look and feel healthier but to help my severe back pain. Ive a lofty goal of 80 pounds to lose.
