Re: Hard to get carbs low enough @Joanna milk in tea and coffee and a few nuts I think. Haven’t checked whether I’m in ketosis or not yet, I’m waiting on some keto stir in the mail. I will be really interested to see. Thanks.

Re: Hard to get carbs low enough @stephanieedmonds77 net carb I think. It take into account the fibre as well which lowers the carb count.
