This is what happened to me. First week lost the water weight. Then nothing for two weeks. Third week lost a little. Added intermittent fasting and that has helped.

Are you counting net carbs or total carbs? Probably leave the low cal drinks alone. Stick with all natural foods as much as you can. Up your Fat intake to 80%. Start intermittent fasting if you can.
