Re: Ketosis I have been in ketosis since day 2. As long as you're keeping under 20g net carbs per day you should hit ketosis fairly quickly.

I began this WOE as a means to shed the extra 20 lbs. I had packed on, but during my short journey I have learned that there are so many other amazing benefits I wasn't aware of! I'm feeling great & can't wait to keep on ketoing!!
