Down 39.8 pounds since October 6.
I started this journey on October 6, 2019 and since then I am down 39.8 pounds. Still have 0.8 pounds to go to reach my goal. I’ve let myself have a few cheat days. I said days, not weeks or seasons.…

Been on Keto since October 6, I’m down 24.6 lbs I went Keto in order to get my blood sugar under control. My A1c is down to 5.3. Yahoo!
