Meeting fat or stopping at a certain time?

So I am running into a issue the past few days where I am low on fat, meeting only 107/135g or even 120/135g but I stop eating at 7pm. I don’t know if I should eat something small so meet my fat or keep my time on stopping at 7pm.

My other issue is I feel full most of the time even when I am not meeting my fat. I don’t want to force myself to eat fat just to meet my requirements. Anyone else have this issue? What should I do?

Thank you!

Not a problem.  The best way is to just quit eating at your usual time.  You do not have to eat all your fat.  You do want your body to burn your body fat.

If you are full ----- STOP! All the experts say this.

All of us here are trying to learn how to listen to our body and stop when we are full.   :)

Go by your pie chart percentages for the day, as long as you are within those ranges....its fine. I've never hit the exact grams ever!

KC Thank you.  I was feeling guilty for not hitting my numbers. I feel much better about listening to my body.
