MCT oil and apple cider vinegar help with low energy. I'm not sure about feeling low, but you might want to make some chocolate fat bombs. Chocolate's a good mood enhancer. The simplest chocolate fat bombs I make are 1/3 unsweetened bakers chocolate, 2/3 butter, Stevia or erythritol to taste. Melt in microwave, spoon into silicone candy tray, freeze or refrigerate. You can add all kinds of things to that, coconut, coconut butter, coconut oil, macadamia nuts, sea salt, a dab of nut butter on top, flavored syrups, but that's just the basic recipe.
