Can you consume too few carbs?

Hello everyone, I am new to the whole keto lifestyle so please forgive me if someone has already asked this question. I am only consuming around 10-15 carbs a day, Is that too few to still be in ketosis and lose weight?

I was reading a thread last week.  You can reset your carbs between 20-40 a day however you must meet your Protein and Fat goals or at least 60% of your fat goal.  Hope that helps.

You don't need any carbs to be in ketosis, in fact  the body doesn't require any carbs at all to survive, your body can synthesize all the glucose it needs from FAT!

Rather it is carbs getting converted into glucose that can stop ketosis, that is why the general suggestion is to stay under 20 g of net carbs. That limits the amount of insulin that gets produced which, when present, inhibit the production of ketones.
