Fruits and Keto

I have been reading a lot about fruits and keto, I know about the berries being okay in moderation. However I have read cantaloupe and watermelon are okay as well? Instead of relying on what I am seeing online, I want to check with folks who are actually doing keto. Thank you in advance.

    I have eaten watermelon, I try not to have too much since it is sweet.

    I seem to be able to get back into ketosis fairly easily so I tend not to worry too much about it. I am already at my goal weight so being in ketosis continuously is not a goal for me.

  • Watermelon has about 18 grams of the sweet stuff per wedge, while cantaloupe has eight grams of sugar per wedge. So I would prefer the cantaloupe.
