Macro manager app

I just started this week and was wondering how do you check previous days or in the future previous weeks on the app? It seems to start a new day every day, but I’m not able to check on previous days.

  • I just noticed I can go to in depth and it will give me the weeks worth of carbs. Is there a way I can pull up a previous day foods I ate?

  • maryshopper If you are just looking for the day's food at the top there is a bar with the date in, press that.  If anything else you are looking for I would look in the food section.

  • Thank you,  should I be under 20 carbs or 20 net carbs?

    maryshopper On your Daily Log top left arrow goes back a day, right arrow goes forward.  Our Macros will vary depending on current weight, activity level, goals etc.  You can set the app to track net or total carbs, most prefer to track net carbs while keeping an eye on total. I let the app set my goals for me as well.

    maryshopper just press the back arrow < at the top of the page of your current day and it will go back as many days as you like and you can check your in depth that way as well.
