New to this
Hi to everyone, i am new to low carb , I have gained a lot of weight not sure how but have fibromyalgia and have plantar fasciitis which is very painful at the moment which is restricting my walking - any advice welcome, i have opted for low carb moderate fat, i don’t really eat a lot usually breakfast and lunch which i have been told is not helping to lose weight
