Starting Month 3 Need a boost?
I'm getting ready to start month 3. I am down nearly 32 pounds which I am super happy about but I need a boost to lose more. What can I do to jump start a faster loss. I walk a lot for work and am trying to fit I. Inte national exercise but I really want to lose 5 more pounds in the next 10 days. I think I'm gonna start doing mor intermittent fasting. Any other ideas?
