Day 1
Happy New Year everyone! I have been looking forward to starting this new WOE. Over the Summer I had done intermittent fasting and keto, although a somewhat uneducated version and not calculating macros, still it worked for me, I lost 25 pounds. I've put 15 back on since I went back to my old ways but miss how great I felt when eating right. I'm back, let's do this!
