Hey! I’m type 2 and high cholesterol. Trying to figure out these recipes with ghee with those using butter. What’s the difference? I would rather use butter but not sure why some recipes call for ghee. Thank you!
Ghee is clarified butter. It is butter without the milk proteins. People with lactose intolerance can eat ghee.
