Needing help!

My name is Brittani. In m new to Keto, and seem to be struggling to get into Ketosis. I have friends that have done it and lost weight within the first two weeks. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong! 😩

    Hi have you selected the keto macros and are you achieving the protein macros set , staying under calories , and carbs and near fat %

  • Ketosis relies only on the lowering of carbs to <50 g or less. It may take you longer due to many factors. As for weight loss, it relies on a calorie deficit. Keep carbs low,  eat protein and fat for satiety.  If at the end of the day you are satisfied and feel good don’t eat fat hysteria yo meet a macro “goal”. Just keep going.
