Just starting and enjoying it so far
I'm starting gradually at less than 100 grams net carbs for a week, then less than 50 for a week, then less than 25 for a week. Then we'll re-evaluate.
I did notice that this week I'm losing weight which is amazing. I also love the app.
My goal is drop from my starting point of 286 pounds to a constant 220 to 230 range. I think this diet may work.
