New and not sure what goals to set

I learned about Carb Manager on Facebook but I am not sure how to choose my goal numbers.

I joined here today and selected  16% total carbs 50g /  22% protein 70g / 62% fat 87g

"Carbs:Protein:Fat ratio in ketoenic is 5:25:70"

I am diabetic type 2 and am doing low carb rather than keto.

Currently 200lbs, I would like to lose 40lbs. I selected a loss rate of 2 lbs/week but would like to lose faster than that safely.

Before joining here today I was low carb for 4 days and lost 6 lbs.  I joined so I could learn the proper balance of my food intake.  In just these few days I feel better and my knees don't hurt.  But I know if I start with the bread, cookies, and candy that I'll go off the rails.

Any suggestions on how I should adjust my carbs, protein and fat selection?
