First day!

today first day!

i did my IF 16:8 when I woke up I wasn’t hungry I practically slept my way through the IF today I’m not sure if that’s ok!. Second I ended up having a glass of chocolate milk and a salad for lunch I skipped breakfast do you think I already screwed up my whole day!? Help new at this
