I am new here!!

Hi, I am 70 and have been on the keto diet since January 2019. I already have lost 26 pounds. Compared to other stories I see in some videos, my loss is not as fast but it is steady and that is OK with me. I wish I would have known this diet in my 40's instead of all those other diets that I followed, adding deceptions after gains of weight, tears and frustrations, the yo-yo game, you know what I mean. So, after the last holidays, I was 3 pounds heavier than on this picture:

I am really so happy to celebrate the fact that I am now under the 200 pounds level. I haven't weighted this for at least 15 years!!!

Really, I do not suffer from hunger like I used to with other popular diets and I have tried them all, believe me. And also, it is not that difficult to follow, once you know what to eat; we always eat the same things anyway.. I saw my doctor last month and she does not believe my blood results, how good they are, and she said to me 'Whatever you are doing, go on doing it, it is working fine for you!'

I simply wanted to share my experience with others who wonder if they should do this diet or not. It works for me and I was getting so hopeless! I don't see why it would not work for you!!!
