Potassium
Hi, I started keto last Friday, so I’m seven days into it. I’m having a hard time meeting both my calcium and potassium macros. I used to get them from fruit, veg and dairy, but I’m having a hard time getting enough keto veg into me to meet the levels.
Can anyone recommend a good potassium and calcium supplement? I’m in the U.K.
