Can you be in ketosis & not lose weight?
I'm starting week 3 of keto, tracking macros, weighing food etc. Since week 1, urine keto sticks have shown anywhere from 1.5-4 mmol/L, yet I've only lost 1kg, which was in the 1st week.
Can you show ketosis and not actually lose weight? Any tips or advice appreciated.

I had the same problem until I started working with a coach and discovered what so many of us are dealing with is insulin resistance. I had to really cut the number of times I ate per day, started counting total carbs instead of net, began intermittent fasting and extended fasting. Read Dr Jason't Fungs book The Obesity Code. Its a journey but I'm getting there, but the keto coach has made a difference for me.
