Meeting all targets except protein.

Just starting my keto journey, but I’m struggling with my protein. I’m lucky if I get half of what I’m supposed to. All my other goals are good. 

Will this affect my body’s ability to enter ketosis?

    Yes how do others get protein in while keeping fat at 70-80%?

    I always struggle to get enough protein.  I add high protein snacks like bone bone broth or low carb nuts to try and get closer to my gram goal.  It never effected my Ketosis, but protein is a vital nutrient we should continue to try and meet.  Try to get within 10 grams of your goal.  Good Luck
