Newbie with question(s)
When I enter all my details I get allocated 1222 calories a day. I am currently 188 lbs and want to get to 148 will I struggle with such low calories on all this fat content? I set loss at 35%.
Also i enjoy my morning coffee only 1 per day I have almond milk always anyway and sweetener never sugar but the app for Starbucks or Costa goes in at 8g carbs but if I build out my own black coffee and alpro almond milk it’s only 3g? Am I cheating not using a set cafe latte with almond milk?
