Hi all!

I'm new to the Keto/LCHF diet but not to dieting - tried so many! I have been doing IF (24 hrs 1-3 days/wk) on and off for a while. Then I read The Obesity Code and that made me want to explore the low carb lifestyle and increase my fasts to 36 hours 2-3 days per week. This is my way week! I have about 40 lbs I don't want anymore - I haven't seen my goal weight in decades! Look forward to meeting people with the same goals!
