Saying hello hoping to get the hang of this
Hello everyone my name is James. I been doing low carb for few months I started in stages. I'm a type 1 diabetic also I'm in wheelchair and have a autoimmune disorder so I take a lot of steroids and other meds exercise isn't an option I been very cautious about anything with keto in it. But I started out just avoiding white starches like potatoes, bread and rice. I lost 30lbs in two months after I spoke with my doctor he said I'm already at risk ketoacidosis so he would recommend it. Now here I am trying to keep keto. I'm open to any advice or help or "Constructive criticism" I'd love to hear from anyone else in a similar situation.
