I’ve been doing keto for 8 weeks. Lost 15 pounds. Slow compared to some but if I can keep it up I’ll be happy. First few weeks I wasn’t doing it quite right but I’m getting much better now as I learn more. Last week I was so tired every day I wanted to cry. Not about the diet just tired and weepy. Then I learned about electrolyte replacement and it’s made a HUGE difference. Feel so good now.
