Hello

I’ve been doing keto for 8 weeks. Lost 15 pounds. Slow compared to some but if I can keep it up I’ll be happy. First few weeks I wasn’t doing it quite right but I’m getting much better now as I learn more. Last week I was so tired every day I wanted to cry. Not about the diet just tired and weepy. Then I learned about electrolyte replacement and it’s made a HUGE difference. Feel so good now.

    Glad you're feeling.  It's easier to follow the eating plan when you feel good

  • Hello and welcome. 15 lbs in 8 weeks? That's roughly 2 lbs a week! Congrats! That's a lot! Just stick with it and the excess fat will continue to fall off. With your carb cravings subsiding it will get easier.

    Bread? Almost zero nutrition. At the metabolic level it's the same as sugar.  It does taste good though.

    Percy McAfee I think I miss bread the most. I took a pinch of home made bread and it wasn't good, I guess my body is past bread. I did make keto bread in muffin form, they must cool first
