Hello!

I’m nervous to using Carb Manager and hope to use it to at least see where I’m going wrong.  I had lost 16 pounds on Keto for 8 weeks.  Last week, my husband and I went on vacation and I am now 11 pounds heavier.  I’m worried because we will be traveling for most of October.  I need to get this under control so maybe I can keep the gain in October at a minimum.

  • Hi. You know what you can eat or you know where to find out how many carbs the food is. My husband and I went on vacation and I wholeheartedly appreciated Carb Manager because it kept me on target or close.  I gave myself one cheat day but still limited the day to 52 carbs.  I actually lost weight during the time.  You CAN get food anywhere you eat, you just need to keep to carb friendly foods and log it correctly. Get a steak and asparagus, or a hamburger wrap, no tomato or onions, eggs and bacon or sausage with a cup of coffee and heavy cream.  Keep it simple and keep yourself accountable.  You CAN do it!  Not saying it’s easy but you will feel great when you see and feel your progress as you get healthy and your clothes get bigger on you. 👍🏼
