I have been on my journey since July 17th of this year. I lost 27 lbs the first 3 weeks. Then scales stopped moving. Inches weren’t coming off. Started fasting everyday for 18 hours two days ago. Guess what? Lost 2.4 pounds. Yes I get that decimal in there. I am claiming everything!! Lol. Seriously, once you are fat adapted, fasting truly works.

That is awesome that you've lost 27lbs! It is so true...you have to trick the body into losing that fat.
I've been looking for additional resources on the keto diet. I've been using this (https://healthylifehealthychoices.wordpress.com/) website so far, but I would love to see what other resources are available. What have you been using?
