Strength training on Keto

Anyone else doing strength training (weight lifting) on Keto?  I’m currently on an every-other-day plan with 30 min. Cardio and 30-60 min. Of strength training. I’m curious to hear what you all are doing to help build muscle mass along with losing weight?

    So I’ve got my macros set at 69/25/6. Which usually ends up around 60/35/5 give or take a little bit here or there. So typical day is under 31 carbs. Just had 2 days of 45 carbs followed by a 15 day with very high protein and did the best gym workout to date, had the extra stamina in the gym. I’m not sure if the carb up days helps (which I don’t want to do all the time because weight loss is main gain with muscle mass second), or if the preworkout combined with MCT oil really kicked butt

  • I strength train 3xs's a week as well as kick box. I actually kick ass when I train in a fasted state! I'm getting awesome results with Keto and IF along with the exercise
