Fitbit user
I’ve been using my Fitbit for over a year and the Fitbit application for my macros. Just discovered this application Carb Manager and have to say I think I have been doing things wrong.
Carb manager breaks down macro nutrients far better then Fitbit. I also discovered that part of my problem is I haven’t been eating enough protein for balancing my diet!
Im excited about all the recipes available and looking through them have already started adding some to my favorites.
Huds and I had Shepard’s pie the other night and I stayed full all evening. No need for a snack!
i suffer from fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue, past couple days of monitoring my diet via this application I have hope, that I might actually loose weight without all the fatigue I’ve had the past six months of being on keto.
Encouragement and suggestion from any other fibro sufferers appreciated!
