New but weight stalling

Hi All

I have been on Keto for 3 weeks now. I average 12-20 net carbs per day. 

I lost 7 pounds in the first week. 1 pound in the second and nothing this week. 

Any ideas what I might be doing wrong. 

I do drink about 3-4 Pepsi Max a day. Would this affect it?

Any comments would help.

    It’s not unusual for the weight loss to slow down after the first loss of water weight. Also artificial sweeteners can affect some people. Drink water with electrolytes, you’ll feel better and it will provide better hydration.

    In addition to artificial sweeteners, running that many diuretic drinks (Max on top of that) through your kidneys and liver is probably not a good idea. IMO  I'm not a doctor, but you have to remember, Keto is changing how your body fuels itself, ketones vs glucose, in the liver.  Other than that, yeah, the first week is water weight, then it is undoing years of storing excess.
