20g per day max is best for most of us. Some can tolerate a few more some can only tolerate (lose weight with) less. You don’t have to eat all 20g per day, less is fine too. Keep in mind it’s the absence of carbohydrates that keeps you in ketosis 😀
Honestly, I am not for sure but I think mine changed (lowered) when I logged weight and had a loss. Maybe you had a loss?
