Hi all!! New to Keto!!! Does anyone take Keto supplements? I had back surgery back in August and have not been able to do what I could before workout wise, so I have gained 20lbs and it is really hard for me!! I would love to hear some success stories!!!

    I take Therapeutic Exogenous Ketones I've lost weight without following a keto diet mainly low carb.
