Several issues
I did a fast for three days and then started Keto two weeks ago. I lost weight on the fast and I’ve lost zero on Keto.
I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Carbs under 20 per day. My net calories are around 1100 per day.
Im painfully thirsty all of the time. I drink water with electrolytes all day. Today I’ve had 3.5 liters of water and I’m still unbearably thirsty (I went on a hike this morning so I think that make it worse).
Any thoughts?

Your body sounds like it's fighting to hold onto its old ways. Thirst and craving water probably shows you also retaining water (so no weight loss). This is not uncommon and once it releases the extra fluids you will have a large loss. Check your diet and make sure you aren't getting any hidden carbs or sugars. You might want to try 1-2 day of zero carbs to see if your body will give up the water and get into fat burning.
