I have tried a bunch. I haven't tried fathead yet. I am not fond of almond flour texture so I'll try pulsing it up a bit but I'm looking for a less cheesy tasting crust I guess.
Fathead crust is by far versitile, great texture. I however feel a bit bloated after having a small serving. I will try this again and make empanadas with a recipe from YouTube. It was a success with the family.
